This is the finished product of my inspired ink. Both my piece and my inspired one have cross hatching as the main part of the picture. My values are in the shading behind the apple. First I sketch everything out and after that I basically just cross hatch over all my sketch. ZentangleThis is the finished product of my zentangle. I thought this project was very free minded and I loved that. I got most of my designs offline, but if I kept working at this for a while I would fall in love with it. Eye This is the finished product of my eye ink. This was harder drawing detailed things with pen because it isn't erasable. My eye was kind of off to the side, but the whole idea was to see what the eye saw.
This is the finished piece of my inspired art. What inspired me was the way everything was so random but it was so well put together. The way it looks its like you put so much time and effort and really the first think you thought of was what you put down on the paper. The medium I picked was acrylic paint, I wanted to use this medium because I really like the way acrylic paint flows on the paper, and there is so many things that you can use it with. Its pretty similar to others that are random. but what makes it mine is that there is section and each section is different from every other one. I think the shapes in the sections over all really went well together and the white in the spaces makes it look nice. In the future I would do something with the black piece In the middle of the page.
This is the finished product of my illustration Friday. A problem for me was making all of the heads square but also oval at the same time, and the block letters were a little challenge. First I drew out 9 squares and then really I just started drawing the faces. This is the finished product of my ink splatter art. I had a problem making the ink going the way that I wanted to, but in the end I think it turned out pretty good. First I would just have a straw a dip it in some ink and then put a little dot of it on the paper. Once its on the paper you just put your mouth on the end of the straw and blow. You can kind of choose what direction of the ink you want it to go, but mostly it just goes on its own. Those bigger blobs of ink weren't originally there, I added them there when I decided that they were going to be turned into jellyfish.
This is the finished product of my Art History post. My movement was fauvism, and this started around the early 20th century. '' Modern artists whose works emphasized painterly qualities and strong color over the representational or realistic values retained by Impressionism.'' While I was looking at the fauvism paintings, I noticed that the colors were very bright and they weren't realistic. So I just tried to make the colors look not put together but its still looks nice kind of way.
